License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Nexus ICS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your internal business or personal DevOps management purposes.

Use Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the commands executed through Nexus ICS. You acknowledge that terminal operations and database queries can have destructive effects on your infrastructure. Nexus ICS is not liable for data loss or system downtime resulting from user-executed commands.

Early Access Terms

Features provided during the Early Access period are subject to change. We do not guarantee that features will remain free or unchanged in future official releases.

No Warranty

Nexus ICS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the application if these terms are violated or if the Early Access program is concluded.
